The building is lovely and the rooms are well-equipped and beautiful with 2 bathrooms, good equipment plus mini kitchen. The staff are very very helpful and particularly helpful, managed the parking nearby.

Everything was very good, with very helpful and particularly helpful staff, met expectation. The room was a nice size and bright with an exceptional view to the marina port and to the sea. Greatly enjoyed the incredibly nice breakfast.

The staff were all affable, amicable. Booked a room with good equipment. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a stovetop were an advantage.

The food was outstanding. the staff was very helpful. - the large beds were comfortable. - the flat-screen TV had many cable channels. - It had climate control and an individual safe. - the exceptional view over the sea was breathtaking. - the pool was very clean. - Parking was conveniently located nearby.

Very nice brand new hotel, big rooms and bathroom, well decorated. Nice balcony as well, with a great view (for sea view rooms). The pool is fantastic! Good restaurant, above expectations! Maybe that’s why it tends to get crowded in the evenings…

Marina City Aparthotel offers a lovely atmosphere with a particularly nice breakfast that boasts a wide variety of options. The ideal location right on the sea front makes it perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It's also conveniently close to charming bars, the Botanical Garden, and great restaurants, enhancing your stay even further.

The rooms are great. Actually,they are more like a mini apartment. You have a small kitchen, a living-room and the bedroom and 2 baconies. If you have the luck to get a room with sea view,you have it all. It is worth it.

Wonderful view from our Eastward room. Quietness. Very good restaurants nearby (El Simpatico - 20% off for hotel guests, Francis Drake). The fitness room, although small. Good performance of the reception staff.

Not enough parking places. Average equipped apartment: no towel hangers and no shower curtain into the bathroom, no kettle, no safe, limited foreign TV channels - most of them having Bulgarian voices covering the original ones, small outdated TV set (12", CRT).

The hotel had a great location, very close to the beach and marina. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the Black Sea. The staff was nice and hospitable, making me feel welcome during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

It was a dream for someone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy a beach vacation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were also quite helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.

The aparthotel is located right in the middle of the beautiful Balchik promenade, offering easy access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large balconies providing a perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a swimming pool and well-equipped kitchenettes in the rooms, adding to the convenience of the guests.

The elevator in the complex can be quite slow, causing some inconvenience for guests.

I had a fabulous stay at Marina City Aparthotel in Balchik. The location right on the water was perfect and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pool was also amazing with great views. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for our group of adults and children, and the apartment had everything we needed. The secretary Sybil was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience.
